At MAK Sourcing Limited, we offer a unique specialist refurbishment care service. We can take care of the works needed from the moment you pick up the keys (we can even do this on your behalf). Our investors can benefit from a “hands free” property purchase and renovation. We keep our investors regularly updated on progress throughout the refurbishment with video tours, weekly progress and expenditure reports. We will prepare a scope of work and agree this with them prior to works commencing. We tailor each refurbishment to the property depending on the works required. Investors have full control over the choice of finish and any layout changes so they are fully engaged with the property from start to finish. On completion of the works we can offer introductions to our trusted and tested local estate agents or letting agents depending on whether the property is to be sold or rented. We use our specialist team of trusted tradesmen to complete all the works to the highest of standards and make sure the property is “dressed” accordingly ready for the resale or rental market.
